• December Results – Robert Miller and Dick Olson won the final tournament of 2009 with 2 fish that weighed in at 4.38 lbs. Doug Haverland came in 2nd with 1 fish with a weight of 1.43 lbs. Robert’s 2.69 was big bass. Read your email for the 2010 initial tourney schedule. The banquet will again this year be held on O.H. Ivie.
   
• November Results – Roy Jones and Randy Reed took first on Choke with 32.12 lbs. The big bass was Roy’s 5.99. Jacky Roberts and Mike McClendon took second with 20.53 lbs. Pretty much all the fish came down lake, in the fingers area.
   
• October Results – Jacky Roberts took first on Lake LBJ with 5 fish that weighed in at 13.34 lbs. Robert Miller and Dick Olson came in second with 5 fish that weighed 7.67 lbs. 4 teams fished the tournament and weighed in 14 fish that came in at 28.96 lbs. Art had the Big Bass with a 3.31 lb largemouth.
   
• September Results – Art Hopkins placed first at Lake Decker/ W E Long with 5 fish that weighed in at 13.59 lbs. William Brown took second with 3 fish that weighed 9.13 lbs. 3 teams fished the tournament and weighed in 12 fish that came in at 29.65 lbs. No bass over the slot was caught so the Big Bass Money ($15) will role over to LBJ.
   
• August Results – Stillhouse was fishing hard, but the cream rose to the top. Robert Miller and Dick came in first with an impressive 1.86 lbs which was exactly the weight of Robert’s tournament Big Bass. Another father and son team of Don and Lee Smith placed 2nd with 1 fish that weighed 1.14 lbs. 5 teams fished the tournament and weighed in 2 fish that came in at 3.00 lbs even.
   
• July Results – Jacky Roberts and Anthony Wilkins placed first at Belton with 2 fish that weighed in at 5.34 lbs. The father and son team of Ken and Kenny Wilkins placed 2nd with 2 fish that weighed 4.90 lbs. which included Ken’s tournament Big Bass that weighed 3.49 lbs. 4 teams fished the tournament and weighed in 6 fish that came in at 12.25 lbs.
   
• June Results – Roy Jones and CP Lusty took first place with a combined total of 14.12 lbs with to include Roy’s tournament Big Bass that weighed 5.42 lbs. Robert Miller and Dick Olson took 2nd with 12.53 lbs. 5 teams fished the tournament and weighed in almost 50 lbs.
   
• May Results – Art Hopkins and Tim Hayes took first place on Ivie with a combined total of 54.10 lbs with their 17 fish. Jacky Roberts and Lee Roberts came in 2nd with 53.34 lbs. which included Jacky’s Big Bass of 9.67 (he also had a 8.31 lb) 5 teams fished the tournament and weighed in almost 168 lbs.
   
• April Results – Art Hopkins and Dennis Feutral took first place on LBJ with a combined total of 18.72 lbs over 9 fish to include Dennis’ tournament Big Bass that weighed 5.49 lbs. Jacky Roberts and Mike McClendon came in 2nd with 15.52 lbs. 5 teams fished the tournament and weighed in almost 63 lbs.
   
• March Results – Because of Art insomnia we were able to learn, at 6 AM the morning of the tournament, that McQueeny Marina is no longer standing and that the ramps are not usable. The tournament was changed to Lake Dunlap. Robert Miller and Dick Olson won the tournament with 6 fish that weighed in at 11.06 lbs. This included Dick’s tournament Big Bass of 3.94 lbs. Roy Jones and Cathy Jones came in 2nd with a weight of 6.60 lbs.
   
• February Results – Tim Hayes and Art Hopkins weighed in 17 fish on Lake Falcon in 2 days that weighed 57.01 lbs that included Tim’s tournament Big Bass that weighed 10.11 lbs. Jacky and Lee Roberts came in 2nd with 51.40 lbs. As a group TIBASS weighed in 189.10 lbs of bass with an average per fish of over 3.31 lbs.
   
• January Results – Jacky Roberts and Ken Wilkins won the first tournament of 2009 with 3 fish that weighed in at 4.53 lbs. Robert Miller and Dick Olson came in 2nd with a weight of 4.44 lbs to include Robert’s Tournament Big Bass of 2.23.

• Special rules for the 2009 year
• Spotties 12 inches and over can be weighed in any tournament where they are caught.
   
• For all paper tournaments - 
• There will be a 3 paper fish maximum.
• Real fish below the slot can be weighed provided they are 12 inches or over.
• If an angler catches more than one fish over the slot the larger fish should be weighed in and the smaller recorded on paper. The smaller fish’s recorded length shall not exceed the maximum length for a paper fish on the TIBASS paper fish length chart.
• Any combination of 5 bass can be weighed in (i.e. 2 under 3 paper, 1 under 1 over and 3 paper, 5 under etc).
   
• Check TP&W for bag and MLL for smallmouth as this varies from lake to lake >>> Freshwater Harvest Exceptions .
